Cross-Kick Fitness and Self Defense offers a unique approach to martial arts training. Integrated arts training provides something for each student's individualized needs. Martial arts training at Cross-Kick Fitness and Self Defense focuses on improving your mind and your body. Take a look at our class offerings below.
Train with your whole family in this combined class style. Students attending the family class will benefit from a integrated curriculum based in Tae Kwon Do. The class also combines elements from other arts to bring a well rounded experience. Arts such as Hapkido, Jui Jitsu, and Judo are introduced throughout the class sessions. This class is open to all age levels and belts. No prior experience is necessary.
This class will combine multiple aspects of fitness with martial arts to create a total body workout. In this one hour class you will sweat, burn calories, tone muscles, and have fun. This class is open to teens and adults. You do not need to be in the family martial arts class to participate in this class. Boxing Gloves are required.
ABOUT US
Cross-Kick Fitness and Self Defense is a family run and oriented academy. We are dedicated not only to the physical benefits of martial arts but to the mental strength and character development that come with training in the arts. These benefits can come to students of all ages and experience levels. Through your training you will learn aspects of several martial arts to create a well balanced, full circle of self defense. Everything from standing, falling safely, and ground work. Our number one goal is to keep students safe on and off the training floor.
