Cross-Kick Fitness and Self Defense is a family run and oriented academy. We are dedicated not only to the physical benefits of martial arts but to the mental strength and character development that come with training in the arts. These benefits can come to all students big and small. Through your training you will learn aspects of several martial arts to create a well balanced, full circle of self defense. Everything from standing, falling safely, and ground work. Our number one goal is to keep students safe on and off the training floor.
We strive to create a program that is engaging and responsive for every student in a caring and supportive environment. Our first priority is to provide a training experience that enables students to take control of their world by understanding and improving their physical and mental being.

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR
Mitchell is the owner and lead instructor of Cross-Kick Fitness and Self Defense. Mitchell began his training at seven years old. He has trained in Tae Kwon Do, Hapkido, Judo, Jui Jitsu, Escrima, Karate and Kickboxing over the last two decades. Mitchell is a 4th degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do through the Kukkiwon and is currently a blue belt in Jui Jitsu under Carlson Gracie Jr.
Mitchell has a passion for all styles of martial arts and enjoys teaching all students. He has been teaching various styles and classes for over 10 years, ages ranging from 5 years to adult.
When Mitchell isn't teaching, he enjoys time spent outdoors and pursuing an active lifestyle.
